We at Viventiq believe in the quality of our products and the joy they bring to your home as home decoration. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our simple return and exchange policy is a proof to our commitment to your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. If this happens, please contact Viventiq team within 48 hours with clear photos of the canvas wall painting and of the issue. We'll work swiftly to resolve the problem and provide you with a seamless return or exchange.

Conditions for a Smooth Return or Exchange:

We want to make your return or exchange as smooth as possible. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. Having your proof of purchase and a short unboxing video will help us assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

While we encourage you to take advantage of Viventiq’s special promotions and sales, please note that these items on sale once sold are considered final sale and non-returnable. We hope you'll understand as we strive to offer you exceptional value.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged in transit or courier damage or faulty, we'll take care of the return shipping. For returns due to other reasons (like change of mind or customer not available), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Easy Exchange Process:

We at Viventiq are committed to providing excellent customer service. We’ll review your returned item and keep you updated on the status of your exchange. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations:

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours for a return or exchange. Just know that once we start production, it might be difficult to make changes. So no cancellations on ordered canvas paintings are accepted after 24 hours.
